This page explains how Route 25 handles information submitted for Collector Stories and newsletter delivery.
Collector applications
Route 25 stores the contact information, answers, social link, and photos you submit so the editorial team can review and prepare a possible feature. Submission does not guarantee publication.
Photos and publication
Submitted photos remain private during review. If your story is selected, Route 25 may edit, crop, caption, and publish approved material on Route 25 channels as described in the submission permission.
Email subscriptions
Newsletter email addresses are stored by Route 25 and synchronized to Sender for email delivery, unsubscribe handling, and campaign analytics. You can unsubscribe from any newsletter email.
Retention and deletion
Abandoned uploads are automatically removed. Declined or withdrawn applications can be deleted from the editorial system. Published stories and their supporting assets are retained as part of the Route 25 archive unless otherwise agreed.
Withdraw or correct an application
Email newsletter@route25.app from the address used on your application. Include your name and whether you want to update or withdraw the submission.
