FAQ

Before you apply

What happens after I apply?

We review every application. If your collection is a good fit for an upcoming story, we’ll email you with any follow-up questions and a proposed publication date.

How long does it take to hear back?

Usually a few weeks. We receive more applications than we can feature, so timing and editorial fit both matter.

Do I need a rare collection or a big following?

Not at all. We care about personal stories, interesting collecting goals, and the many different ways people enjoy Pokémon.

What kind of photos should I submit?

A modern phone is fine. Use good natural light, avoid heavy filters, choose your strongest overview first, and include a mix of full-collection and close-up photos.

Will everything I submit be published?

No. Route 25 selects and edits material for clarity, length, privacy, and presentation. We’ll contact you if anything important needs clarification.

Is there any cost?

No. Features are editorially selected and never pay-to-play. Some published product links may be affiliate links that support Route 25 without affecting who we feature.

Can I update or withdraw my application?

Yes. Contact Route 25 before publication and include the email address used on your application.
